The 4x200 Meter Relay team from Midwest City High School of (Grace Pendarvis, Taniya Looney, Imani Osborn and Deyunsha Westbrook) ran a time of 1:39.47 on Saturday May 8, 2021 at the Ponca City Regional Qualifying Meet to break the State Best Metric Distance of 1:39.59, run by (Tatiana Simon, Darnesha Sellers, Yolanda Goff, Tasheena Antwine) of Tulsa B.T. Washington at the 2000 State Championship Meet held at Ardmore High School.
    The 1979 John Marshall High School team ran the slightly longer 4x220yd Relay in a time of 1:39.13 at the 1979 State Championship Meet.
